Explain Faraday’s second law of electrolysis and give its expression.

Statement: This law states that, “when the same quantity of electricity is passed through the different electrolyte solutions which are connected is series, the amount of the substance deposited or liberated at the electrodes are directly proportional to their chemical equivalents.” 

W1/W2 = E1/E2
