Voltage across capacitors that are in parallel is the same.

Yes, the capacitors placed in parallel have same voltage. But initially if C1 has high voltage than C2 then the charges from C1 moves towards C2 because of potential difference until both capacitors have same voltages

No matter what u connect as long as u connect it in parallel it will have the same voltage
