Velocity of current and motion of current is same or different??

the velocity of current is the same of light,  that value is about 300000km/ sec...That's 300 millions per meter per sec..

Velocity  of  current  is  a scalar  quantity  which  may imply an AC current   while   motion  current  is  a  vector  quantity  or a  DC  current.
